Health and Rehab Center

Our fully licensed, 373-bed Health and Rehab Center is located at our main campus and offers comprehensive health care services including intermediate, skilled, subacute, and Alzheimer’s nursing care, and a Specialized Orthopedic Care Unit.

Our top priority is helping residents return to as full and useful lives as possible. That’s why we use a multi-disciplinary approach to care which requires evaluations from staff teams and regular meetings with residents and families to assess progress and update the care plan.

You do not have to be a Friendship Retirement Community^® resident to use the services of the Health and Rehab Center, and we accept private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay.
